Is there any logical explanation why a country such as Israel which also has a government monolpy company running the phone lines yet they can offer unlimited 2.5MB ADSL at an ISP cost of only $10 a month?
I don't get why I pay 4 times that price have maybe a 10th of that speed and then capped at 3GB - all I do is basic internet and I still reach the cap, telkom sucks
