i have Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 2 x86 VOLUME LICENSE

i tried installing .Net Framework 3.5 with SP1

and the installation just gives an error

YOU cant honestly say that erm.....

the servers have to be put together to equal to a quad core desktop with 3 gb ram and 1024 mb video memory

HOW Many Servers have to Be put together to be the same as a singe home user desktop ???

i Watched a video on youtube of Google Server room (But come on)

Just ditch the control center and use the base driver.

Fix that error, also you can try to use Windows XP drivers since Server 2003 derived from Windows XP.

You should rather stick to a desktop OS like Windows 7 or Ubuntu or any other "desktop" OS!
