Hi

Why is there still a Afrigreen account in ClientZone which merely seems to serve the purpose of confusing the remaining data available stats on Capped DSL accounts.

I never use the afrigreen login

So my stats show this...

My Connectivity >> Total Data Remaining
The combined total data available on all of your connectivity accounts is 293.65GB.

afrihost account 146GB remaining

afrigreen account 146GB remaining

So how much data do I really have available 293.65GB or 146GB?

So why not simply remove all these "ghost afrigreen accounts" from their system. Bizarre.

It serves no logical purpose then anyway.

I have the same problem and also wrote to them of which I got a long complicated answer that I did not understand. :)

click on your Afrihost account to see the usage graph, then go take a look at the Afrigreen usage graph...

So if they give you 2 accounts - one of which the data is NOT being used, then you should actually have all of that data left. As illustrated by Clientzone...except you apparently dont have any of that data at all!

Perhaps something the regulator should be made aware of.

Our Team is in the process of updating that part of the ClientZone, showing the combine available usage. It's become slightly less relevant and more confusing as we've added additional types of data products. It made sense when we had just DSL products, but now with Mobile Data, Fibre, and Fixed Wireless added to the mix that total available data is leading to a great deal of confusion.
