Why is this news? And what has being disabled have to do with the problem?
Don't you just hate media firms who clearly just sensationalize everything? Like there is not enough happening out there, or it's just not interesting enough to sell advertising space...

The "horror" of not fitting into an aircraft seat not even manufactured by SAA.

(PS: SAA chooses those small seats to fit more people into the plane. Blaming Boeing/Airbus for the seats SAA chose is like you blaming BMW because you chose material seats over leather seats. Its not their problem what the client chooses.)

I'm afraid that dieting doesn't actually help diabetics with renal failure. The weight/size is usually put on due water retention, and the only way to even control this is through dialyses and exercise, which she obviously can't do as she is in a wheelchair, creating a vicious circle.

Perhaps, imho, you should refrain from making such statements until you have the facts.
