If "normal == slow speed", then YES, we are back there.

See under complaints, that Sentech even admitted that the problem has not been fixed.
 
Lol, more likely RoDent, Gunman and everyone else has been kid-napped by Sentech operatives for a small brain-washing session (I think they use the same people who train the support desk staff [:D])

because everyone is experiencing good service. Most people just come in here to bitch and moan. So its a good indicator that things are running smoothly when this forum goes quiet. ProAsm, TheRoDent and nic are all very quiet lately.. especially TheRoDent [:)]

Some of us have to work attend to household tasks that don't involve dwarfs but sometimes teenagers (Love being a man)

Anyway, give Sentech some Credit...(wish they would do the same for a month or so) but things have been much better on speed tests - albeit that I haven't been downloading much, but on the speed tests, i've been hitting 108Kbps, Cantenna, 8% signal...how do you explain that???

Anyway, I have had enough cr*p at work this week so speed problems have been minor in my opinion...

Believe it or not some of us have to earn a living to afford MySmokeSignal ... must say that on average the quality of fumes has improved ;-) ... But I'm not accepting anything - especially not until we have an official announcement from Sentech as to WHY they took so long to fix it and what the problems were ;-)

I'm up in arms. I'm hearing from some of my colleagues that their connections have now died into nothingness, and yet my own tests indicate that things are actualy better for me, here on 126 Brixton. Getting 10-12K/s averages around the place, and more if I use multiple TCP connections.

I have not yet received an explanation from Sentech, nor word of a rebate, nor an apology. At least, with the media attention so far, Wisdom Smith has had to admit that they've had a problem, and our previous 1% has now increased to 5%...

I'm not sure where to go from here.

LMAO by Friday we may have it up to 25%?????????

My connection is like a 16yr guy doing it for the first time its up and down and then blows out completely for a couple of minutes then recharged doing it all over again......

On second thoughts sounds like A "SERVICE PROVIDERS" attitude towards everyone now!!!!
