That's exactly it, it IS a public utility. But again I don't expect someone who doesn't even understand that natural resources need to be regulated to see that.We're sunk. When people start calling on the government to regulate private property as if it were a public utility, civilisation is heading for oblivion. It's really a form of expropriation.
