Why no support telephone number?

Why is there no support telephone number to call and get a person on the other end of the line?

Internet service is no longer an "optional" or a "luxury", and we pay A LOT of money to these ISP's. How is this not available as an option.

Not even whatsapp support?

No CI, this is not acceptable anymore.
