Multichoice keeps telling us how they are adding value to their services.

I ,for one, am not willing to pay the premium subscription to get a couple movies and the Super Sport channels which I don't watch.

I bought a PVR because, even on Compact, I don't get time to watch what I want with the live broadcasts.

It would be really great if they give us the option to pay for and watch the movies we want to watch. I see this as a win-win situation as they are getting more money and I am getting more value, but somehow this is not the case.

I may even end up paying more for my compact subscription with box-office then with a DSTV premium service alone, but atleast I paid for what I wanted.

So, please Multichoice! Give us all better value!!

It make A LOT more sense to have box office on compact (and the other offerings) then on the prime offering.

All the box office stuff will be shown on Prime anyway. DUH !

Probably as most people with compact subscriptions use normal decoders and not PVR's in order to make use of the Box Office facility you need a PVR decoder.

nope they want people to migrate to premium hence they offer everything on premium what asswipes!!
as there is no reason y they can't offer it on compact except that they want to entice peiople to premium and so they encourage the devide between have's and have not's

I made the same post on forum.dstv.com and got the following reply, for what it's worth:

@Bravofox - Thank you for your feedback.

Although the 1st phase of the BoxOffice roll out is limited to DStv Premium subscribers with PVRs only, later phases will make the service available to a wider range of consumers.

Hope this really comes through.
