To the moderator of this sub forum,

Why don't you just combined every single thread on the forum into one huge thread called "LOL, try and find your posts now!" ?

Seriously, moving threads and posts around unnecessarily is, well, unnecessary. Trying to read, find posts or do anything in this thread for instance, has become a flipping mission.

When someone is disconnecting in the JHB are, it would normally have nothing to do with speed problem in Cape town...

Please stop moving every thread you see into this one. It makes tracking a problem a lot harder.

Regards,
The Tree.

lol, would be funny if that post of yours is moved to the above mentioned thread too ;)

The forum has a search facility, it is actually easier to search for your post in a single thread than to search in the entire sub-forum.

This format has been very successful in the Vodacom 3G sub-forum, and they deal with way more network issues over there.
Having network issues in one thread also makes it easier for the forum rep as they only need to subscribe to one thread.
The easier it is for the rep, the quicker your problem can be investigated.

Please always check on the first page of the thread, and please update your locations.

What works for vodacom(on a forum or not) wont necessarily work for iburst... Nothing seems to work for iburst :/

Also, when 50 posts are made a day in one thread about issues in Capetown and one post is made about problems regarding 1 tower in the Johannesburg area in the same thread, the post regarding the tower in JHB is kind of drowned out. This results in the poster having to go through the thread which has by the grown exponentially to find his post so that he can repost it in quote form so as to draw more attention to it

If you really want to have threads for certain problems(which will create a lot of work for yourself because you'll constantly be merging threads etc.) then maybe have threads for: Tower problems, Speed problems, Disconnect problems, Account problem and so forth. This way problems will be easier to track etc.

Sorry , but the moving of the posts has actually take a lot of them way out of context ....
