Because the anc and the people who are in SAPS (99.5%) don't give a shyte about you or your safety all they want is your money and expensive goods.
Also bheke is a PO3S and has less brain cells than a turd.
 
A friend of mine was mugged recently in Cape Town while walking in a greenbelt area and had his phone stolen. He managed to get hold of me and we were able to track his phone and could see exactly where the phone was on Google Maps. The phone was in an area a few km's away, but in a different police precinct. So he phones the police station in the area where he was mugged and they tell him there's nothing they can do, he must phone the police station that's responsible for the area where the phone is currently tracked. So he phones that police station and they tell him there's nothing they can do because the crime happened in a different precinct, and he must call the police station in the area where he was mugged. So basically both police stations just washed their hands of the whole thing.
