Wi Codes - Lost Sms - Help???

Hi guys

Over the weekend, my brother had sent wi-codes for my dad to my cellphone (shoprite vouchers) however i cannot seem to find the sms on my phone any longer.

Is there any way to recover it?

Please help guys

Log into the FNB App.

They are all listed there.

I logged onto my FNB app and could not find them, unless i am not looking in the correct place

The pertinent question is how did your brother send the Wi codes to your phone. Did he do so from the eBucks website or from the FNB app? Or did he send to himself from one of those platforms and then just forwarded the received SMSes on to you?

If he sent them they might be found by logging into his app, not yours AFAIK. I'm not sure, I've never ordered for someone else before, I always get them sent to me first.

If it as bought with eBucks, give their call centre a call/ask your brother to do it. They will probably ask him to log a ticket and trace the transaction.
