Believe me when I say it's not local;).The name that appears for the connection is Linksys,so I'm not sure if it's from a company or private user.
 
Correct me if im wrong but is 750MB in 10mins not 12.5Mb/s, a speed we dont have in SA? And btw, linksys is the default SSID for linksys routers, not a super secret company name :p I seriously don't understand why you would want to 'rape' his bandwidth, drawing attention to yourself and risking the free internet you could get if used intelligently.
