Wi-Fi poles?

I stay in Rivonia and seems like some company is installing poles (~60m a part) down the streets. The only info I have is that Wi-Fi is being installed. Sounds weird to me, anyone else seen this?

No hardware is in yet, just poles dug in with 3 hooks at the top.

Almost certainly aerial fibre. Speak to MetroFibre Solutions. They were deploying in Rivonia.
