WiFi App

Hi Guys,

I've read through the various app threads but couldn't find anything that meets my requirements.

I am looking for an app that can check my gps co-ordinates and automatically enable or disable my WiFi based on my location.

I'm almost sure I've seen something like this before just can't seem to find it.

If you know the name of the app please let me know.

Interesting application requirement. Would it not make more sense (from a power point of view) to enable Wi-Fi at intervals to check against a list of Wi-Fi stations? Running GPS all the time is likely to draw a lot of power (especially when indoors and trying to find satellites - that generally sucks up more power in receivers).

EDIT: I don't have an android, or know any android apps... just thinking about the hardware and battery here.

Check out the app called 'wi-fi @ home' . It uses network triangulation to determine your position. Ive been using it ever since i got my phone and works perfectly!
