Wifi Calling issue

Hello guys, just recently got a J5 specifically for wifi calling.

It works at home and via wifi hotshot from another phone.

But at at my work wifi, wifi calling as well as whatsapp calling doesn't work (though hangouts do) is there some kind of restriction that does this?

Odds are good that the work is blocking WhatsApp.

Ask a co worker to switch on hotspot their cell, connect and see if wifi calling works. Then you know it's the work ...

Thanks, I've got absolutely no signal from any network where I work

I've researched a bit and it may be a firewall issue, I need to find out what ports does cell c wifi calling use.

By any chance does anyone know it?

I've also read that "IPsec VPN" needs to be supported.

IPSEC uses port udp/tcp 500,4500.

The IPSEC tunnel will be establised to the server below for Cell-C:
Name: epdg.epc.mnc007.mcc655.pub.3gppnetwork.org
Address: 41.50.128.53

So check if you can access port 500,4500 on that IP.
