WiFi expert needed

Some more details:
Forti AP mesh setup, with 100+ users. Offices are in central Randburg.
The issues they have are with deadzones and high latency.
For the rest...that's what they need someone for.

100+ users? Don’t they have a msp (IT company) sourced for assistance?

Fourtyhekke does WiFi mesh? Eish! Best to rip out all that kek and install some decent OpenWRT based solutions. 100+ users is a breeze. Recently did 760 users....

3. Get better APs.

Burn it all and replace the lot.

Surely a 100+ users have dedicated people for this? Especially when they are burning money using overpriced Fortinet kak.

How do we know they don't already have cabled backend?
Netcruiser was probably just suggesting they don't do wireless uplinks but rather cabled backends. We don't know anything about this problem. OP was asking for a tech support person to visit and suggest remedies I assume.
