wifi issues

Morning i have a dlink2750 modem and has wifi capabilities. im having issues with the wifi in the house. i run ping plotter abd the internet connection is fine no major problems . Is there a software tool i can run on one of my laptops to monitor the wifi signal over an extended period of time to see if there are any dropped signal issues

Try inSSIDer, I have always wanted to try it but it dont have a laptop.

Inssider good but also use netgears app "wifi analytics" to pinpoint problem areas.
