Wifi management for kids

Looking for an Androids program that will allow me to switch on or off the wifi network of the phone
this is to mannage the time the kids spend on the social networks and dont do their homework

any advise

Think what your looking for is better done from the router than the phone.

Any option on the phone the user would be able to override, defeating the purpose.
