Wifi not working

Hi.

I recently switched from Telkom to Afrihost and it works fine but when i try to use wifi it wont connect, does anyone the reason its doing this?
 
what router is it? Doesit show that your connected to wifi? Can you ping the router? Are your ip settings correct?
