Wifi problems

I have adls router.

When plugged in to pc it works fine.

The wifi connects on devices and after about 30min it says connected but no internet.

There's 4 phones and 4 IP cameras running on wifi and 2 mibox for the tvs.

Can anyone help me. Sometimes it's perfect and works for months and now it only works for few minutes.

When you power the router on and off it comes back. My phone shows connected to wifi but in brackets, no internet.

In my experience when a lot of data is used wifi connects but no data, the same is when the wifi signal is weak, I run as many devices as possible hard-wired, even though I have Fibre now, start to disconnect devices till you get a connection, sometimes if you have an apple and the cloud storage is full Apple will try to send the data to the online storage. I have another Fibre connection at the office, and when I walk outside it does the same. Exclamation no internet. I think 1st check what is using the data. That is my suspicion.

Maybe another wifi network clashing with the channels, try different channels? Maybe try firmware upgrade?
