for the past four months now, out wifi has been slower than slow and it's very frustrating, they keep saying we have no data but matter of factly we have not been using it, the wifi works for a week and than doesn't for the rest of the month I have phoned multiple times and nothing has happened, it's is very frustrating to not be able to do anything and when the services that you pay a lot of fricken money for don't work!! I am going to cancel my contract and move to mweb if telkom doesn't sort they're crap out cause I am on breaking point with how slow the wifi is

Someone else is probably using the data via their weak or non-existent wifi security
this, either the router has no password or the wifi has no/**** password
