Wifi sucks

for the past four months now, out wifi has been slower than slow and it's very frustrating, they keep saying we have no data but matter of factly we have not been using it, the wifi works for a week and than doesn't for the rest of the month I have phoned multiple times and nothing has happened, it's is very frustrating to not be able to do anything and when the services that you pay a lot of fricken money for don't work!! I am going to cancel my contract and move to mweb if telkom doesn't sort they're crap out cause I am on breaking point with how slow the wifi is

But seriously - it's hard to decipher what internet service you're talking about. Take a breath and go into a bit more detail about which Telkom product you're using and what devices you're using it with.
 
Seems more the fault is with the user....

Is the modem on, password correct etc. if your adsl is working, then your modem is fine. Your device could be a problem.
 
I'm also slightly confused. Like the WiFi in your house?

ie ADSL into a WiFi router?
 
how you know this? possibly 3g/lte as well. no specifics given.
1. She posted it in an ADSL subforum
2. She said Telkom, not Telkom Mobile
3. Hunch, because I deal with customers who do not understand the technology on an almost daily basis
