I've been looking for a generic Wii Component Cable as to my horror I discovered this.

I need to get hold of this cable to improve the look of what some would say are already dismal graphics.
I've been Google'ing my fingertips off to no avail in terms of local generic alternatives. Considering I've already sold my soul to the Devil to get the Wii in the first place, I don't want to be ripped off by local distributors for the Nintendo Component Cable.
My preference is not to directly import something (unless it's free shipping), but find some ZA shop that does sell a generic cable.
If any one of you helpful souls know of something or can point me in the right direction I'd be most grateful.
