Wikipedia banned in UK

Just bloody stupid. But just look at their teens running riot on the streets and robbing, murdering homeless people. That should tell them that somewhere there is something fundamentally wrong in their society.
 
I'm confused. If I interpret my google results correctly, I can view the page just fine, and I'm on a major UK ISP who is part of the IWF. I tried unprotected wifi network I can pick up here too - same thing, it displays just fine. Also via an IWF ISP.

Or have I got the wrong page - link anyone?

They blocked 1 image, not wikipedia or the page.
They have unblocked the image today.
