Im struggling in interpreting the legal commons of Wikipedias laws, specificially when you link in your website which is using CSS.

For example can you do this with a CSS website. Lets take a simple example such as cars

Is what i've just done illegal? I would like to link infomation in such a manner in one of my websites.

What you have quoted would fall within the interpretation of Fair Use. But if your site consisted entirely of links to Wikipedia or if you completely duplicated their info on your site then you would be in violation!
