Wilgeheuwel ADSL exchange congested?

Just want to get an idea of how many people here are struggling with high latency in the night. So far its me and ambo

1000+ ping after 6pm. In daytime it seems ok

Also live in Wilgeheuwel and the exchange is indeed horridly congested.
It's a on-of problem for this area. It started getting REALY bad again on Thursday.

Some days its fine, other days its too slow for gaming

They been promising to upgrade it for 2 years now. Nothing still.

Yup - still a problem here. Peaked at around 1000ms at 20:00 last night.
