At my suggestion, a friend got an uncapped 4G service from Rain, as they told him he was outside the 5G area
This worked well, at 20 mbps from October to early January.
One day the speed was 2 mpbs and varied between this and 3,5 mbps. Then on 15th January it was more off than on
Multiple phone calls and emails to Rain only receive the response "There is a problem with the transmitter"
Since this has rapidly gone from bad to worse, I suggested he try a Telkom LTE SIM
Does he need a new router, or can I pop this SIM into the RAIN supplied router?
