Just wondering about this , is it technically possible for Telkom to connect you on a different exchange if there is another one available approximately the same distance from you currently connected exchange . I' so sick and tired of the constant cable theft at the rooihuiskraal exchange . My friend who lives a kilometer away from me has had no issues in 2 years , and he is connected to the Higveld Exchange .Can anyone shed some light on the feasibility of such a request to Telkom , or will I be wasting my time requesting this ?
