I would like to know if Corsair TX650W PSU will be sufficient for the rig I am busy building:

Mobo: ASUS P6T
CPU: i7 930 or 950
RAM: 3x 2GB GSkill DDR3 1066
GPU: Sapphire 5770 x2 in Crossfire
HDD: 2x 200GB Seagate, 1x 80GB Samsung
DVD: Sony 22x SATA
FAN: 3x 120mm Coolermaster

I am especially concerned if it is enough power for the Crossfire GPU setup?

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

I think I am going for the 950 yes. I am only buying the CPU end of October/November, so I'll see if I can afford it then. Otherwise I'm going for the 930 :)

Well at the moment. i have:

I7 920, 6 gigs, 6 fans, 4890, 7 HDD's one Dvd writer.

Running perfect on a 550 watt :) so ya should be fine.

I think by then they'll be around the R3k mark or just a little over

Ya I know but that was a special by prophecy.. Might just be marketing, but I do think prices will increase a little.

Dude. You could throw in another two 5770s and still be fine with that power supply.
