So there's was some expired milk in the fridge for a while, I took it out of the fridge on Sunday evening and it's been sitting on the counter since then.


As you can see the curd as seperated from the whey and it actually smells kind of nice.

Will I die if I consume it?

If it was refrigerated maybe it's ok to taste. But...

But since watching this

And learning about how easy it is to get food borne diseases I am now to scared to eat take out.

I have news for you. it not only smells like yoghurt it is yoghurt.
I grew up on a farm and my Grandfather consumed a mug a day of that and he only died when he was 85.
