Will I get 4mbps if I upgrade now?

Gambit is correct AFAIK.

If not 4mbit then the highest your line will support.

If i may add to this question....At the mo i am at 512 and havnt seen an increase in speed yet ( i believe us 512'ers are going to have 1mb's )....Would we also see a diff????...tia

Some previous thread...Cant remember where, but someone mentioned 512 will go to 1024kb/s when the 1mb goes to 4

I don't think that the 512k's will get 1mb. The 4mb is just a trial to see if it will work or not, so there is no reason for them to upgrade you guys.

512 will be upgraded to 1024. I know it for a fact. Don't know when, but it is going to happen.

Yeah - doesnt know when "but it is going to happen." Dont need a crystal ball to tell me that. The important bit would be the "when".
