My question is similar but I cannot get a constructive reply from the Iburst help desk.
Can I use my current modems on their new LTE-A systems?
I can suffer not being able to access their website on my Chromium and Firefox browsers on Linux 16.04 but their helpdesk replies (when they actually answer queries) leave a lot to be desired.

Works for me in Firefox and GoogleChrome in Ubuntu 16.10.

From the FAQ available from their website https://www.iburst.co.za/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=110
What happens to my iBurst equipment after the service is no longer available?
The iBurst equipment will become obsolete once the network is decommissioned and cannot be re-used.
We encourage you to dispose of your old iBurst equipment in an environmentally responsible manner.

Thank you for that info. This looks like a great time to change my provider to somebody who actually helps rather than answers with sarcasm. Now to find an alternative provider that does not use ADSL and is reasonably priced.
