Will Major ISP be using Neotell's backbone?

Hi

Does anyone know if major ISP such as MWEB,etc will be switching to NEOTELL's network in the very near future?
Further more I wonder if they will negotiate all inclusive packages such as the current offerings where you pay inclusively for everything. Could be very good for the consumer.

They might just offer Neotel's wholesale services.

Eg: SAIX, IS, Verizon and Neotel for customers to choose from?

Afaik there are quite a few Co's that are already using Neotel's services, Mweb being one of them if I recall correctly but on a trail basis to see if Neotel can 'handle' it.
Just keep in mind that none of the Co's would just switch over to Neotel overnight because:
1)Trust - Neotel needs to prove themselves first!
2)Telkom Long term contracts
