I used to think Telkom weren't so bad, but now, i wonder if its not just abunch of monkeys.
I moved in February and asked for my ADSL to be moved... so 2 long months later they say they will do it on the 19th of April, the tech phones on the day he actually arrives...4 hours late. Anyway He says there's a problem at the exchange Telkom would have to sort it out(aren't techs supposed to sort that out).
Now they reschedule it for 5 May, no one ever comes. Now i found the reason wat the problem is, he never moved the line, he installed a new one, so all they have to do is move the jack from one exchange to the one im on (so im told) when i phone on monday wonder if ill wait oanother two weks for nothing to happen
