Will not stop for police

So I was driving back from midrand when I stopped behind a truck that had this sign on it

"POLICE
This vehicle
will not stop
on route
It will stop
at the next
police station"​

Now with the stories of cop cars being used in hijackings etc I don't blame them.
Is this legal?
What about road blocks etc?

Road blocks are different, but yes if a police vehicle is behind you, you are lawfully allowed to drive to the nearest police station.
