Will OVHD be broadcasting #RWC2023?

Is there any news on the RWC broadcast debacle? Apparently Dstv has refused to allow OVHD to broadcast the RWC even if the SABC has been given the rights by Dstv to broadcast some games. What's the latest? Anybody?
