Will RAM couriers deliver on Good Friday?

Apologies for the silly question but I've been waiting 40 minutes for this bunch to answer their phone. I'm assuming they're open because the automated message says "high call volumes".

No Twitter page, Facebook page left to rot.

Their track and trace shows the parcel was collected yesterday. One would think if they're that busy deliveries will be made over Easter weekend.

Any thoughts?

Did you ever get your stuff. I am tearing my hair out. I ordered something 8 days ago. Its been sitting in their warehouse since the day I ordered. Every day there is a promise it would be delivered the next day. I was guaranteed it would be delivered today. And here we are at 16:42 without an SMS from them saying its out for delivery.

I did. They delivered the following Monday.

Who did you buy from - maybe give them a call?
 
Bought from Cellucity. They said yesterday they had contacted the account manager from RAM and they assured me of delivery today.
Contacted RAM today and they said "well if there is a courier it will be delivered" I was like WOMAN! You are the courier!
Anyway they didn't deliver. Told Cellucity if it wasnt delivered today I'm cancelling my order

Ye. It hasnt changed since the day I ordered it. Last update: ITEMS SCANNED INTO HUB FROM COLLECTION IN Cape Town.

After having spoken with them they can only say that they can see it should have been sent out for delivery 3 times already but has not. They still can't tell me why, or when it will actually go out for delivery.

Super irritating, especially since your supplier doesn't seem to be helping :mad:
