Not sure, remember, the handsets would primarily be for mobile connectivity, and the VoIP would just be a nice addition to the service....
however, if you look at how south africa is stuggling to give out licenses to "worthy" competitors, you'd think again
remember? there would have been 2 new cellphone providers, and at the end of the day they said, **** that, only 1 license...
same with telkom's competition...
