Will the car Amp support the speaker.

So I have this Targa ta-4100.4 car amplifier at home, and if I google the specs it appears to support 50w rms. I am looking at buying these "Sony XS-GTF6939 420W 3-Way 6X9 Speakers" that runs at 60w rms. Will this be a problem? Am I even looking at the right specs to know if this whole thing will work? I also read somewhere that the Ohm spec of the Amplifier might play an role in the amplifier overheating?

I feel so lost, because every time that I feel I learned something it turns out that its a drop in the endless bucket of music electronics, and on its own doesn't help me much.
