What are you talking about? He clearly meant to state the mobo as a Gigabyte P45 and the "2x" was clearly left off the Sapphire 4890.

Way too much (unless you plan on using the PSU for a dual graphics card set up one day). Get a branded 500watt and you'll be fine.

Yeah id say that all looks okay except you should probably upgrade to a motherboard that supports PCI-E 2.0 as thats what you GFX Card uses.

Im only a noob though maybe someone could give you a more detailed opinion
