If you are talking about the DVDs / BluRays then no, they are encoded to certain regions. We are in a region different from US, and the reader is physically switched/set to our region.
However... you may have some luck registering the CD key to your xbone/psn account and downloading the digital version - so long as you never physically stick the disc in your machine.
I have friends that both say this works and doesnt work, so your milage may vary
