Wimax Boom

WIMAX is the biggest thing at the moment for telecommunication companies, it seems that it will be that way for the next few years as the technology is being rolled through out the country.

Is there a specific training for WIMAX(i.e. WIMAX Engineer) or certification program, I bet if there is a certification, then qualified people would sought after.

Is there other programs or certification which can serve as a basis for WIMAX?

Official launch in August / Telco's training up their staff

Wimax will only go commercial in August by all accounts. Have heard that telco's are actively training up their staff and dealers in Wimax. It is the perfect access solution for the SME market as well as the "last mile" for corporates.
