WiMAX in Midrand/Kosmosdal?

I stay near the Samrand Offramp just before New Road(Midrand)

Does anyone know if I will be able to get WiMAX?I'm not sure it there is a tower close to where I live?(Brooklands Lyfestyle Estate,Kosmosdal)

My complex doesn't have telkom lines, so I guess i qualify to get WiMAX?

Then another thing, what does it cost per month?

OMG Cool, just phoned telkom and my area is wimax compatible... after being internetlessness for 4 months now ) Just placed my order, yipee...

Can I play WarCraft Dota on it, can someone confirm ?

Yeah, it works just like adsl. There is a few post here about wimax. I have it myself and been playing warcraft on it for almost 2 months now. Only had a problem last weekend, but the problem was at the tower and has been resolved. I live close to you, Noordwyk.

I'm really looking forward to having internet again... And I'm surpriced that the installation only costs R480. I mean they install a CPE like UNIT, I think it's very good priced...
