WiMax Mobility

I was under the impression that WiMax was extremely mobile. Is this the case or will you be required to install an antenna? If that is the case it won't be much better than ADSL for mobility :/

There are 2 WiMax standards.
One for Fixed/Nomadic Wimax (External Antenna), and one for Mobile WiMax (Like 3G)

What would be the difference between the two? Surely you can have a combination of the two (if necessary).
