If I upgrade my Mobo, CPU, Gfx Card and memory, will I have to re-install Windows 7 or re-register it?

If you change mobo you definitely need to re-register. Preferably re-install though.

It is recommended IMO, always some left over drivers etc remaining if you dont do a fresh install.

Just have to re register. But you can easily swap everything. Windows boots, find all the new drivers, restarts and everything is 100% after that. Done it myself, had zero problems. Swapped motherboard and CPU in my case

Thanks all.

Really do not feel like having to do a complete re-install as have so many programs that I will have to re-install and reconfigure again as well.

If I opt not to re-install, but to allow Windows to find and install the new drivers, will a reg cleaner help in removing the old drivers that will now be redundant?
