Win 7 Pro and Ms Movie Maker

I wonder if Win 7 Pro 64bit has "Movie Maker" application included with the Media Center, or is it only inclusive on download?

It comes with Windows Live so you have to download it

Isn't the original version only version 1 and the Windows 7 version is version 2? I thought I read that somewhere?
