win 8.1 skinpack V2 for win 7.... is this safe?

hey there guys,

ok so I set up a dedicated pc next to my non-smart tv lol... just for streaming and so on, my I have a pointing remote mouse /keyboard so I thought having the Win 8 type of skin would make it much more user friendly for this application, so here is the page I came across for the skin:

my question... chrome blocked it as Malware but Nod32 said nothing so far.... do you think this pack is safe to use? anyone with experience using the skinpacks?

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Err on the side of caution and skip it? Don't you get like XBMC on PC for the whole "media TV" experience these days?

Yes.

Even with the tiles it's not going to change things like the Explorer window etc

I have decided to use XBMC (kodi) instead... Thanks #Hamster It looks great! Also I will just set it in windows startups
