Win Phone Sync with Win Live Skydrive?

Just wondering how would we sync the present WM 6.5 device with Ms Outlook 2010 64bit and Windows Live Skydrive using Windows Live ID which is not a Hotmail Email. Remember before you reply that MyPhone Sync service is coming to an end 7 August 2011 with all data being migrated to Windows Live SkyDrive reference KB2557520.

I know that the Win Phone 7 will sync with Skydrive without having an Hotmail Live ID, this is my understanding or am I wrong?

Please advise and tnx inadvance.

Hey. You don't need to have hotmail to use Skydrive on either devices - just having it as a Live ID is all you need.
What do you want to sync? Contacts, emails?
As far as I know you can have contacts + calendar without an email account on Hotmail but that doesn't sync with Skydrive. If you're wanting to sync documents, photos etc like on My Phone I don't think that will be possible unless they release something to replace My Phone.

I want to sync Ms outlook Contacts,Calender,Tasks and Notes from my WM6.5 and later when changing to Win Phone 7 and visa versa.

The 64bit WMDC for Win 7/Vista nolonger funtions on Ms Outlook 2010 64bit,see the complaining webreports on this.

Hmm.. that's interesting...
Guess you could try Google Sync google.com/mobile/sync/ but that's strange that they're not supporting it - guess they're trying to get rid of the whole brand ASAP...

Yes I know they're shutting down. You want to know how you can migrate data contacts, calendar, tasks, etc from WM6.5 to WP7 - you can do that using Google Sync.
Right now you can't do it with any MS software.
