I found an application installed on my pc called win10pcap. googled it something got to do with network packets. Didnt really understand the website. Anyone know what it is?

Looks to be a packet sniffer, get rid of it.

Possibly, but check with your IT guy.

I think its installed when wireshark is installed (a network sniffer)

If you didn't install that or know anything about it I would uninstall asap and then run a full AV/malware scan.
Could also be some malware sniffing your network.

Right click on it and then go to properties from there you can go to digital signatures etc.
