win32:VB-ECI Trojan

Hi guys
i have a win32:VB-ECI trojan thats starting to infect my pc, wat should i use2 remove it

i have avast antivirus, which jus picks it up but cannot fully remove it
and also spydoctor search & destroy..

help plz
