Win7: Application to check what is using network?

My network light is flashing like hell and I'm getting bad latency to game servers.

How can I check which applications are utilizing my network connection so I can kill the biatch.

What I'm looking for but I cannot install it in Win7?

Several users had problems installing and running NetLimiter 2 on new operating system Windows 7 (currently in a BETA stage). NetLimiter 2 was not developed for this OS and due to massive system changes is not compatible with it. These changes prevent us to make NetLimiter 2 fully compatible with Windows 7, but upcoming NetLimiter 3 will support Win7 as its native operating system.

Ah sorry, didn't see that. Used it last in Vista... Pitty as it does exactly what you need it to do.
